Screen recording is highly configurable. Recording can run 24/7 or be triggered when a call is delivered, keyboard activity occurs, or outside inputs are received. Screen recording replay aids incident investigations, helps to document issues with other applications, and monitors agent procedural compliance.

This software-only solution is delivered as packaged software and allows the customer or reseller to host the appliance on a platform of their choice. For inputs with physical interfaces (e.g. analog), the NexLog DX-Series Smart Edge Capture Device can be deployed to record locally and relay recordings to the virtual appliance. Hosting platform options include AWS, AWS GovCloud, Azure, Hyper-V, and VMware.
Option 3:
Software as a Service (SaaS)
Eventide Communications hosts this cloud-based solution in a public cloud for the customer/reseller, managing the operational aspects of the virtual appliance. Similar to the virtual appliance, for inputs with physical interfaces (e.g. analog), the NexLog DX-Series Smart Edge Capture Device can be deployed to record locally and relay recordings to the virtual appliance.
