In December 2024, Eventide Communications launched this expanded artificial intelligence product line to its top-tier reseller community. “Critical Insights AI represents a new and revolutionary suite of artificial intelligence tools, which builds on our earlier Speech Factor AI, Eventide’s original automated speech analytics and transcription service option. The product suite features the Research Assistant, streamlining investigations by enabling contextual searches, generating call summaries, and providing quick access to critical information through voice commands. The QA/QM Assistant automates quality assurance processes with preloaded and customizable evaluation forms, real-time call scoring, and call summarization, offering actionable insights to enhance performance and ensure compliance. The Supervisor Assistant provides detailed data analytics for operational planning and staff well-being, including shift change reports and telecommunicator stress-level monitoring. Additionally, the suite incorporates Eventide’s advanced transcription tool add-on, Speech Factor AI. This feature converts audio into text in real time or retrospectively, supporting keyword and phrase searches, automated alerts and multi-language functionality.
Investing in the future, Eventide is growing its 100% U.S.-based engineering team, adding sales, marketing, and program management resources to support its community of resellers. Recent hires include Brian Roberts, Critical Insights AI Sales Manager, with a strong background in mission-critical recording, and Robin Moore, Critical Insights AI Program Coordinator, who brings over 15 years of experience in education and administration.
